"Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei Frau Baulig für Ihre nette und zuvorkommende Bedienung! Sie haben den Geburtstag meiner Mutter gerettet!!! Wir durften gut bürgerliche Küche essen, die sehr reichlich und sehr lecker war. Wir können die Gaststätte guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen!!! PS: Leider wird KEINE KARTENZAHLUNG akzeptiert, wenn man das aber weiß kann man ja Bargeld mitnehmen. Nochmals vielen DANK. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!"

"Location: 3,5 Sterne Es ist ein gemütliches altes Fachwerkhaus an einer viel befahrenen Strasse fasst im Ortskern von Much. Es wirkt ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen und lieblos von aussen. Innen ist es Uhrig und Gemütlich im Landhausstiel eingerichtet. Eben typisch Landgasthaus. Service: 3,5 Sterne Der Service war freundlich, aufmerksam, zügig und sehr Kundenorientiert. Etwas Reserviert wirkte das Personal als ob man versuche gehoben zu wirken, aber die Herzlichkeit fehlte etwas. Der Nachbartisch allerdings wurde von der Chefin persönlich begrüßt und dort machte es den Eindruck das es herzlicher gewesen wäre. Essen: 4 Sterne Die Qualität der Karte ist so wie man Sie in einer Landgaststätte wünscht. Kleine Karte mit guten Gerichten. Sowohl das Steak als auch das Schnitzel waren sehr gut. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen. Preis: 5 Sterne Die Preise sind für die Qualität der Gerichte wirklich sehr Gut. Da kann man nicht meckern. Daher volle 5 Sterne!"

"Die Gaststätte Baulig überzeugt mit wirklich hervorragendem Essen. Das Rumpsteak war überragend. Auch die frisch zubereiteten Spätzle waren ein Genuss. Die Atmosphäre ist an wunderschönen Sommertagen unvergleichlich. Wenn man in Much richtig gutes Essen und ein schönes Ambiente sucht wird man hier fündig."

"Atmosphäre wie zu Opas Zeiten. Herrlich war es und wir kommen gerne wieder, einfach weil das Essen toll, reichhaltig und lecker war und die Stimmung urig und familiär. Tipp: Vorher besser anrufen, weil auch unter der Woche kann es vorkommen, das dieses schöne, alte Restaurant ausgebucht ist."
